Weekly Outfit Recap #1
So I usually share my outfit diary in my Instagram Stories (and file them into my Story Highlights), but since a lot of you don’t frequent the Insta world, I thought I would start sharing it on my blog!
Initially, I contemplated sharing everything I wore throughout the entire month, but I going to go the more attainable route and share my weekly outfits.
So here are some cute and affordable summer outfits I wore during the last full week of July 2019. You can shop the looks through the widgets or links below each photo!
Look #1

I had gone to the beach (Ocean City, NJ) with my daughters and my mom. My striped bikini top doubled as a top because it was soooo hot that day! On the way home, I threw on my soft and billowy white tee, which I knotted. (I got it from Free People last year or the year before, and it’s a little pricey but SO worth it.) You can find the new version of the tee here. However, I also linked a similar style for a much lower price.
My high-waisted distressed denim shorts are AWESOME. So awesome that I bought a second pair. And they are $15 (original price)!!
I linked my Birkenstock sandals and similar swimsuits below! Major sales going on.
Look #2

It’s amazing how accessories can transform an outfit. This pearl and velvet headband comes in a pack of 2 with a blush pink version for under 10 bucks. And my little leopard crossbody bag!! Can you believe it is under $22?! It also comes in snakeskin print! (I have included some similar leopard bags because stock is running low.)
I get lots of comments on the length of my eyelashes, so I linked the products I use below!
Look #3

Currie Salon in Kennett Square gave my hair life again!! If you’re local, you should definitely give them a whirl! Kathy did my hair, and she did a great job, didn’t she?!
I got this cami as a part of a fall haul from Amazon, but as you can see, I couldn’t wait until fall to wear it! I bought it to go under cardigans and jackets, but it looks so good alone, too. Love versatile (and affordable!) pieces.
While I was browsing the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale, I stumbled about these leopard flats (not on sale, though… guess that’s how they can get away with putting other stuff on sale lol) which my 5 year old daughter labeled as “super chic.” And she’s right. They are comfy, flat, and adjustable. All things on my shoe-shopping checklist.
Look #4

Leopard on leopard forever. I’m obsessed. It’s my favorite print, and I treat it as a neutral.
I knotted this jersey dress (under $20 and also comes in black and khaki green- both awesome for fall) to make it more interesting. I sized up to medium to make the look less formal. (If you have any questions about sizing, leave me a comment or send me an email!)
And I’m showing you a closeup of my Kendra Scott necklace and matching cuff bracelet because they are on major sale until end of day on August 5th. Prices will go back up on August 6. (Sale price of necklace $49.90- originally $78; sale price of cuff bracelet $44.90- originally $68). I thought they were amazing deals, and I am so happy I bought them! I wear them with everything now. Plus, both pieces are comfortable, and the necklace is adjustable.
I don’t have any other outfits to share from last week. I will be back next week with the outfit I am wearing right now!
