Taco Pasta Recipe
Bring on any recipe that uses taco seasoning! In my home, taco-flavored anything is a fan fave! I’ve cooked up countless different taco-flavored dishes, and my husband always loves them. We like to add some extra spice to all of our taco-inspired dishes, so we add hot sauce on top. I don’t like to put a lot of heat in the actual recipe itself because then it becomes way less kid-friendly!
Ingredients
• 1 ½ lb Ground beef
• 1 Packet taco seasoning
• 1 jar any salsa
• 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
• 1 can diced green chiles
• Sour cream, cheddar cheese, cilantro for topping
•1 lb pasta

Philly Cheesesteak Pasta Recipe
This pasta recipe is creamy and delicious! The Worcestershire sauce really gives the dish that authentic Philadelphia cheesesteak! Since I grew up near and lived in Philadelphia in early adulthood, I really appreciate this recipe! Aside from its indulgent deliciousness, my favorite thing about this dinner recipe is that it’s quick and easy! Just be sure to have all the ingredients on hand, and you’ve got dinner in a pinch.
Ingredients

• 1 lb cooked pasta
• 1 diced onion
• 1 diced green bell pepper
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1 can French onion soup
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp cold water
• 1 bag of Italian blend cheese (preferably containing provolone)

Dump and Go Crockpot Chicken Taco Filling Recipe
While we usually eat beef tacos, it’s fun to change it up sometimes! And since I am not a fan of cooking chicken on the stove, I throw it in the crockpot with my favorite taco flavors! Just shred the chicken when it’s cooked all the way through, throw it in some hard or soft taco shells, and top with your favorite fixings!
Ingredients
• 1-1.5 lb chicken breasts
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• 1 can diced tomatoes
• 1 can red enchilada sauce
• taco shells
• desired taco toppings

Creamy Ranch and Salsa Crockpot Chicken Recipe
If you’re not into ranch, you could substitute the ranch seasoning for taco seasoning. I love the flexibility of most of these recipes because if you’re out of one ingredient, it’s super easy to substitute another and still have a delicious, easy dinner!
Note: In this video, I used dry ranch dip, but I would recommend to use the standard ranch seasoning (not the dip). Otherwise, the recipe will taste a little too salty. Live and learn, right?!
Ingredients
• 1.5 pounds chicken breast
• 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
• small jar of salsa
• 1 block Philly cream cheese
• 1 can cream of chicken soup
• 1 box penne or fave pasta

Taco Tot Casserole Recipe
Tacos and tots… They are a match made in heaven! This is one of my favorite easy dinner recipes because my husband loves it! He always requests it. And I can’t argue!
While this casserole recipe takes a little more work than some of the other recipes in this post, it’s still really easy. And its ingredients overlap with the others, so you’re more likely to have everything you need on hand!
Tip: Put the casserole under the broiler at the end for extra crispy tots!
Ingredients

• 2 lb Ground beef
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 1 can red enchilada sauce
• 1 can drained corn
• 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 can green chiles
• 1 packet taco seasoning
• ½ tsp Red pepper flakes (optional)
• 10 oz shredded Mexican cheese
• 1 can sliced black olives, drained
• 1 bag frozen Tator Tots
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
Creamy Parmesan Crockpot Chicken Recipe
Another of my husband’s favorite dishes! This one does take a little extra work, but again, it’s doable. You need about 20 min to throw it all in the slow cooker, and then all you have left to do is boil pasta at the end!
We shred the chicken, serve it over spaghetti, and top it with Pecorino Romano cheese, but you could also serve over rice. If you’re into the Keto thing, you could swap the grains for veggies or a salad!
Ingredients
• 1 ½ lb chicken breast
• 1 diced green bell pepper
• 1 diced red bell pepper
• 1 medium onion, diced
• 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
• 1 can diced green chiles
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp black pepper
• sprinkle of salt
• 1 cup Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese
• 1 Chicken bouillon cube
• 1 lb spaghetti

I make this recipe once a week. It takes up a mere two minutes of my time (no chopping required!) and a whole lot of space in my tummy!
Tip: I’ve substituted pinto beans for black beans, and I like it just as well. I can’t decide which I like better!

• 1 Can corn undrained
• 1 Can Rotel w/chiles
