Spring and Summer Fashion Trends to Try in 2020

Don’t you just love how fashion trends keep everything interesting? They make getting dressed more exciting and help you feel chic and stylish!

You don’t have to go crazy to be on-trend, though! I’m sharing some super easy and approachable spring and summer fashion trends you should try in 2020!

Midi dresses and skirts

I love midi dresses because you can wear them on tons of occasions. They are super modest, yet ultra flattering!

The midi dress hemline hits around mid-calf. You can feel comfortable at work, out shopping… You can create fancier looks with these dresses or go super casual. They are simply amazing!

I’m wearing a sleeveless midi dress below, but I layered it with a fun tee! So you kind of get two outfits when you purchase one midi dress: a stand-alone dress or a makeshift high-waisted skirt that creates zero muffin-top!

I’m a huge fan of high-waisted bottoms because they hit at the most narrow part of my torso. This means they create a really flattering silhouette! (Just be sure to wear a crop top or tuck in longer tops.)

A paper bag waist adds major feminine flair and style to any high-waisted bottoms. I found these denim paper bag waist shorts at Target (found online- followed the size guide, and they fit perfectly!)

Polka dots may be classic, but they are also trendy! And they seem to be everywhere this spring!

Since dots are more of a classic trend, feel free to pile on some fun accessories! Brimmed hats are always fun! And try some print mixing!

I tend to gravitate to the tiny polka dots, but here is a dress with large dots that I really want!!
