Spring Outfits Aesthetic: How to Create Easy Spring Looks for a Major Style Vibe
It’s mid-January, and I’m already looking to create a spring outfits aesthetic. In just a couple short months, it will be time to transition our wardrobe from winter to spring. In this post, you will learn how to easily create a spring outfits aesthetic with major style.

While it can be really tricky to maintain a style aesthetic during seasonal transitions, it definitely doesn’t have to be! I always look at Pinterest outfits when I am in need of outfit inspiration for my style aesthetic.
There are countless spring outfits for women on Pinterest that are really attainable and easy to copy. I have a lot of neutral pieces in my wardrobe, and Pinterest has taught me how to mix-and-match such pieces to create a major style vibe.
So if you think you have to go out and buy an entirely new spring wardrobe, think again! You probably already have a lot of the pieces below in your wardrobe. But in case you don’t, I’ve linked similar items so that you can create a cohesive and beautiful spring outfits aesthetic with minimal effort.
This post is all about how to easily create a spring outfits aesthetic with a major style vibe.
Style Ideas for a Cohesive Spring Outfits Aesthetic
1. Spring Outfits Aesthetic: Neutral Sweater Over Cream Midi Dress
This has to be one of my favorite outfit combinations for seasonal transitions. If you don’t already have one, you must have a cream knit midi dress (I actually own and love this one!) in your wardrobe at all times.
Why? You can easily wear the dress alone, but layering is so fun in the spring. And if you know how to properly layer items, you will look like a goddess of style.
My favorite way to layer a knit midi dress is to pop a sweater on top, but you can also layer over a shacket, button-down, or open cardigan.
I also love that you can wear so many different types of shoes with midi dresses. Here are some ideas:
- Converse
- Riding boots or knee-high boots
- Chelsea boots
- Dad sneakers
- Espadrilles
- Heels
- Mules
And the best part of a spring outfit like this? The pieces are neutral, which means you can effortlessly mix-and-match them to other items in your wardrobe, which saves you time and money.
Here are two Pinterest outfits with midi dresses that have undeniable aesthetics:
As you can see, simply layer your sweater on top of the midi dress for a chic spring outfit. If the sweater is already cropped, you can wear it as is. But if the sweater is a little bulky and hiding your shape, add a belt. You can allow the belt to show, or you can put it around the sweater and pull the sweater over it until the belt is no longer visible.

2. Spring Outfit Idea: Green Button Down + Jeans
In the spring, button down blouses come in handy. I have a variety of colors and cuts of button down shirts in my closet, but I especially love light green in the spring. It feels so fresh and aesthetic!
You can wear the shirt alone, tucked into high-waisted relaxed jeans, or if it is oversized, you can wear it out over skinny jeans or leggings. If you choose the latter, you can also wear the blouse open over a cropped cami.
And since this spring outfit idea is quite simple, try adding a fun pair of statement shoes.

3. Classic Trench + Jeans + Converse
It does not get much easier than this look, in terms of spring outfits for women. Chances are you already have a polished black tee, a pair of straight jeans, and even a pair of Converse. And, you might even already have a classic trench coat!

4. Cream Monochrome Spring Outfit Aesthetic
If you want to achieve a major style vibe, go monochrome. It’s such a simple concept, but you will surely turn some heads! You will look like you put in major style effort, when you really didn’t.
The best part about a look like this is that it is sooo easy to recreate. You will need:
- Loose cream cardigan
- White tank
- White or cream ankle jeans
- Neutral crossbody bag
- Neutral booties
- Accessories: neutral fedora, cat-eye sunglasses, gold-toned jewelry

5. High-Rise White Jeans + Soft Colorblock Knit
And last, but not least, we have yet another super simple spring outfit idea for women.
Heading out on errands or to lunch? This outfit is the perfect match! Throw on the white jeans from the previous look, and top them off with a light green loose colorblock sweater (I have this exact one in navy, and I highly recommend it.).
Complete the look with the Converse and black crossbody bag from spring outfit #3 and the layered necklaces from spring outfit #4.

You can see that all 5 of these looks create a cohesive spring outfits aesthetic that almost acts as a spring capsule wardrobe.
