My All-Time Beauty Favorites
Even though we are stuck inside for lockdown 2020, I want to keep myself feeling great! And for me, that involves feeling good about the way I look. Sure, I am in my pajamas and makeup-free as I type this, but I’ll change that shortly!

Makeup
I use some of these all-time beauty favorites of mine to create an everyday makeup look! (Be sure to follow me on Instagram. I’ve been sharing beauty favorites in my Stories all week, and I did a quick everyday makeup tutorial using these 3 makeup products!)
- Maybelline Snapscara ($5.99 right now) – I love this mascara because it literally goes on AND comes off in a snap. All I need is a little water and the tiniest bit of cleanser to remove it. But the best part? It doesn’t clump and it makes me look like I have natural falsies!
- NYX Tinted Brow Mascara ($7.50) – I’ve been using this brow gel for years. The brush is the perfect shape and size, and it helps me make my brows looked groomed in a pinch. For date night, I fill my brows in first with this for more effect.
- Rodan + Fields Lash Boost Lash Serum ($22 on eBay- a STEAL) – I know lash serum is technically not makeup, but it may as well be. I’ve been using it for one year, and if I don’t feel like putting on mascara, I don’t have to. I would say my lash length has doubled. OBSESSED. You can also buy directly through an R + F consultant.
- The Original Beautyblender ($20) – I’ve applied foundation and concealer in many ways: flat brush, oval brush, fingers (eeek!), and other beauty sponges. In my opinion, the Original Beautyblender reigns supreme in terms of foundation/concealer applicators. It allows me to create a perfectly-blended, almost flawless look. Make sure the sponge is slightly damp before using.

Nails
Since I can’t venture out for my biweekly dip manicures, I use Essie Gel Couture to paint my nails. See my latest at-home manicure below! (New to Essie Gel Couture? Read my extensive review here!)

Hair
I’m not a huge fan of doing my hair. I have very fine hair, and all my life, it has been difficult to style. What I find even more challenging is getting my style to stay! Fine hair is so difficult!
Now, to get beach waves, all I do is allow my hair to air-dry, spray in some heat protector, and effortlessly curl my hair with Beachwaver. It’s motorized and DOES THE CURLING FOR YOU!
Plus, it comes in 3 different barrel sizes. I cannot recommend this curling iron enough. It is the best!

Also- I am thinking of cutting my own hair. I don’t anticipate salons reopening any time soon. Thoughts? What is your plan with your hair during the quarantine?!
Update: My husband cut 6 inches off my hair!
